Terms

The short version: Circle is a free game, nothing is wagered, nothing is won, and you are expected to behave the way you would in your friends' group chat. The rest of this page is that, said carefully.

What Circle is

Circle is a free football prediction game played in private circles you create and invite people to. You predict scorelines, you earn points on a fixed scale, and the circle keeps a leaderboard. The contest rules are in the app.

There is no entry fee and nothing to buy. Circle has no deposits, no withdrawals and no cash prizes, and is not a gambling, betting or games-of-chance service. Points exist only inside the app and have no cash value. Circle awards no prizes; if that ever changes, full official rules will be published before the contest opens.

Your account

You need an account to play, you must be at least 16 to have one, and one person gets one account. Give a real email address — it is how you recover the account and how we reach you. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.

How to behave

Circles are private and chat within them is between members. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, threatening or harassing; do not impersonate other people; do not use usernames or circle names that a reasonable person would find offensive, and do not try to work around the filters that block them. Do not scrape the service, attack it, or automate play.

Accounts and circles that break these rules can be suspended or removed, and badly behaved names can be reset without warning.

Match data

Scores, fixtures, lineups and squads come from a third-party football data provider. They are usually right and occasionally are not. When a source corrects a result, Circle re-scores the affected predictions, which can move points and standings after the fact. That is deliberate, and it is the reason nothing here should be treated as an authoritative record of a match.

Availability

Circle is offered as it is, for free, with no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and no warranty beyond what the law requires. Matches can be delayed, feeds can fail, and the service can be taken down for maintenance. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Circle. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or the website, and that ends this agreement. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Your messages may remain visible to a circle's members where removing them would break the conversation for everyone else.

Apple

This agreement is between you and Circle only. Apple is not a party to it, and Apple is not a sponsor of, and is in no way involved in, any contest or competition run in Circle.

Apple has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price — which is zero — and beyond that has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party makes about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app says so before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings where you live.
